IGAD has no control over the internal Affairs of Somalia the equal y is true the Somali federal government has no control over the internal affairs of regional government example Jubaland, it has newly elected  leader Ahmed Madoobe, who has the support of local and diaspora community of this Province .  I am advising the Somali Government to play it is roll and stop beating about the bush and work with new elected administration of Jubaland.  To beloved Somalis Jubaland belong to all of us and allot of people are planning to go back there instead of Mogadishu and Hargaysa therefor stop sanding your brothers food.
